Lovely glamping stay, everything was perfect! Positive: Had a lovely stay at this glamping site. Everything was great, from the accommodation to the facilities. The site was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. We had a wonderful, relaxing break and would definitely recommend it to others. We'll be back!
A cosy lodge in a beautiful location, but perhaps not suitable for a hot summers day. Positive: It it a well equipped lodge, the kitchenette has everything one would need, including pans, seasoning, cooking oil cutely and crockery. Very cute animal in farm. Negative: TV didn’t have any signal. If it was a hot day the lodge does get extremely hot and since all the doors and windows are on one side, even with them fully open it took hours before the temperature matched the outside in the evening. A map of nearby hiking trail were kindly provided, just beware that of the 2 we tried in late May, it didn’t look like it much used at all and the fields had many bitey flies and ticks so make sure you are well prepared for those.
Perfect getaway Positive: Loved the Lodge, the design is great. The location is quiet and tranquil. Probably made better by being the only ones staying this weekend but it should be fully booked thats for sure as such a stunning location. The extra touches to have fresh milk in the fridge, washing up liquid and all your need for the kitchen. Says shared BBQ but you get your own BBQ and firepit the shared part is that the front if others staying is open. The showers and toilets are also top notch for a camp site! Hot water is lovely! Again the little things just as coffee, sugar, tea bags were a perfect to! The hosts were also fantastic at helping to organise deliveries I requested for my partner as this was our first night / weekend away in 5 years after having our son who was recently diagnosed with autistic and disabled requiring full time round the clock care but also extra special to celebrate my boyfriends major promotion which is very well deserved! Also putting up decorations before arrival and setting up my champagne ! Will definitely be back, potentially with all 4 kids and book the other 2 lodges on site as we fell in love with the site and also the area ! Also got to watch the sunrise! Negative: Given everything thats in the room like portable heaters, plates, cutlery, cleaning equipment the only thing was the amount of cobwebs under the table and outside but given the country side is didn't bother us and just with a heat wave was almost shocked no fan but more because everything else was thought off.
Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Knapp Farm! The location is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. The self check-in was simple, convenient, and completely hassle-free. The glamping accommodation is exceptionally well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also loved the Lost Shoe Café, which serves delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. The few people you meet here are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. In fact, you'll probably meet more animals than people, which makes the experience even more special! The hosts are excellent – they respond very quickly to any questions and make you feel well looked after. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Knapp Farm to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside getaway.
